Interesting Chevrolet Orlando

One of the reasons Orlando's much-discussed in Indonesia because this one is a Chevrolet MPV. In other words, a car enthusiast who has a big family in Indonesia. Case use the third row is only 10% -20% over the ownership, it is still very loved car of this type in Indonesia.
We think this is a car that will win the hearts of many Indonesian consumers. The question is, this car really worth to wait? First, ask yourself, what car to suit you and your family. If the MPV is the answer, then get on to read this article.
Actually, the Chevrolet Orlando is expected to enter the Indonesian market starting last year. Probably not many consumers know, but we in the media world that actually very, very curious about the presence of MPV that we think can win sympathy in this country.
Finally an opportunity comes without a deliberate attempt Orlando, the car is included in the line of cars that tested and tested by the Editor in Chief Global Auto Bild. Of course we had shed our sense peasaran on this car.
From the dimensions seen that with a length of 4652 mm in Orlando will easily tune here. Not too long but too short can not be numbered. The advantage gained is a roomy backseat.
Glancing wheelbase 2760 mm reach, apparently passengers in the third seat will get comfort. After we tried, was indeed sufficient space available. However, if there is a tall family, should not sit on the bench at the back. Children are the right passenger.
The second and third bench can be folded fully flat on the floor to get a very roomy trunk volume. Access to the rear seat is easy, simply use the lever to fold the backrest and the raised bench.
Material quality equal to Captiva in Indonesia, a typical Chevrolet. But the placement of buttons on the center console greatly simplifies the driver and front passenger to reach it, the gear lever too comfortable.
The unit we tried was a diesel variant in a voice just like the Captiva VCDi. The difference is we are struggling with a manual transmission. Interestingly there are indicator lights on the panel reads "SHIFT" with an arrow pointing upwards as the recommendation is time to change gear.
Our test engine powered diesel 163 hp with 360 Nm of torque at 2000 rpm rotation. For Indonesia street with all the congestion, it seems that this machine is perfect compared to the petrol variant which has only 176 Nm of torque.
The suspension has the task of reducing the road is very adequate. It's not for extreme maneuver, but the comfort provided appropriate, especially with full occupancy.
